email plea

I have put in an email to the office that approves my final documents. It is a plea for answers on my documents. They say it could take up to 90 days "officially" on their official correspondence. Most of my pals got approvals in 30 days. I'm at 60 days.......and losing my mind. I hope to get a response on Monday. A favorable, informative, and good news filled response. Pray for me.
